Refund policy

Hi there! Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event there is an issue with your Gooey (defective, damaged, the wrong item) you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order with information (including a photograph) of the issue. In order to limit fraudulent behavior and other issues, we do reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your Gooey order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a picture so we can understand what went wrong and confirm the problem. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your message and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too!
